Willie, who spent two decades living with HCM, before ultimately receiving a heart transplant, and his daughter, Olympic gold medalist, Sydney, have teamed up with cardiologist Dr. Melissa Burroughs to help keep you On Track with HCM. In this introductory Track, the Team will warm you up and tell you what to expect from the full series.
